The project consortium includes 8 partners coming from the European Union, Eastern Europe and the Southern Caucasus. The Coordinator of the project is PLANET S.A., a leading Greek consulting firm, advising clients in Greece and Southeast Europe on issues of strategy, organization, technology and operations and supporting the implementation of large scale projects.
